With Finblick’s bank integration, you can connect bank accounts directly to Salesforce and automate the entire payment reconciliation process. Bank transactions, invoices, and credit notes are centrally managed, providing full transparency and efficient financial operations.
Multiple Banks per Tenant
For each tenant, multiple bank accounts and banks can be connected. This allows you to manage different banks, accounts, and even countries within a single company.
Automatic Retrieval of Bank Transactions
Finblick automatically retrieves bank transactions from connected banks and makes them available directly in Salesforce. All incoming and outgoing payments are centrally accessible and always up to date.
Broad European Bank Coverage via FinAPI
Finblick uses FinAPI, a leading Open Banking provider, to connect to a large number of European banks.

Automatic & Manual Payment Matching
Bank transactions can be matched with invoices and credit notes:
- Automatically, based on reference data and amounts
- or Manually, if automatic matching is not possible
Once matched:
- Transactions are marked as settled
- Invoices and credit notes are automatically updated to “paid” or “partially paid”
This ensures accurate and reliable payment status tracking.
Basis for Automated Dunning
Based on up-to-date payment information, Finblick enables a structured dunning process.
Open and partially paid invoices can be identified reliably, forming the foundation for automated reminders and follow-up processes.
